Two of the basic requirements of life on Earth, but do we take them for granted?
How important is water in maintaining a healthy body? How much should we drink each day?
What about water treatments?
These and other aspects of water for health were explored, together with information on the benefits and dangers of sunlight. Caution against overdoing exposure to UV rays from the sun and sunbeds was balanced against the need of health promoting Vitamin D and other benefits to be gained from frequent, short exposures to sunlight.
